The Seaside Amelia Inn is a three-story, interior corridor, limited service hotel originally constructed in 2008, containing a front desk office, breakfast area, reception area, meeting room for small groups, complimentary Internet access in public areas, outdoor pool, ocean front roof top terrace, guest services, and underground parking area. The Property has 43 guest rooms and all are adorned with contemporary style furnishings and have ocean front views, coast and ocean views, or pool and sunset views. All guest rooms come complete with private bath, 27'' wall mounted flat screen television with cable, mini refrigerator, microwave, and wet bar, wireless high-speed Internet access, clock, coffee maker, hair dryer, mirrors, artwork and lamps. Suites include a sitting area with sleeper sofa. The Property sits on approximately 0.38 acres ( approximately 16,682 sq. ft.) and has a building size of approximately 23,000 square feet. Originally the Property had a room count of 47 guest rooms however four guest rooms were sold at completion of the project which brought the rentable room count down to 43 guestrooms.
