Phase One – The Jekyll Oceanfront Resort Phase One contains 102 hotel/condominium units, contained within 13 two story buildings; five of the condo units have been sold. The Hotel amenities include a swimming pool, restaurant, fitness center, spa, tiki bar, and convention space; the amenities are located in Phase One of the development.
