Mayan Inn - Daytona Beach, FLHotel Assets Group, LLC, as sole exclusive agent, is pleased to offer the fee-simple interest in the Mayan Inn (collectively known as the “Property,” or “Hotel”), a limited service hotel located in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The Property is located off of South Atlantic Avenue, approximately three-tenths of a mile from the Daytona Beach Boardwalk featuring Joyland Amusement Center. The Hotel is located half a mile from the Daytona Lagoon Water Park and the Ocean Walk Village on the Atlantic Ocean which offers numerous restaurants and shops; and less than a mile from the Ocean Center Convention Complex, boasting 200,000 square feet of meeting space. The Daytona International Speedway, home of NASCAR’s Daytona 500 in February and the Coke Zero 400 in July, is approximately five miles from the Property. Additionally, world-class golf at the LPGA International golf courses are nearby. The Daytona Beach International Airport is approximately 10 miles from the Hotel. The Daytona Beach Bandshell is minutes from the Hotel and hosts outdoor concerts and festivals.

The Property is an eight-story, “L” shaped building, originally constructed in 1973. The Hotel was partially shut down in March of 2014 to complete extensive foundation and balcony work. The upper levels of the Hotel are served by exterior corridors and face South Ocean Avenue; the guestrooms served by these corridors have balconies overlooking the ocean. The guestrooms located in the base of the “L” shape are served by enclosed, open air corridors. The Property contains a lobby breakfast reception area, out-door pool and sundeck with a seasonal Tiki bar, sports lounge, game room, vending area, and guest laundry facilities. The Hotel offers a small business kiosk in the lobby. The Property also has all necessary back-of-the-house space which includes in-house laundry facilities and administrative offices. The Property has 112 guestrooms; all rooms include a small refrigerator and microwave. Additional amenities include an entertainment armoire with a television, table with two chairs, dresser, bedside tables, lighting fixtures, and a coffee maker; iron and ironing board. Guestrooms have telephone with voicemail and data port. Guest bathrooms have standard amenities as expected for a limited service hotel of this type. The Hotel sits on approximately 1.01 acres.
