Hotel AG Announces Delaware Portfolio Call for Offers

Hotel Assets Group is announcing upcoming call for offers in August, in regards to the properties that are part of the Delaware Portfolio. The portfolio consists of three AmericInn Lodge and Suites located in Rehoboth Beach, Harrington, & Milford, Delaware. The fourth hotel is a Microtel Inn & Suites located in Dover, Delaware. All hotels are interior corridor. The portfolio totals 246 rooms and is being offered at 44,300 per room. Assets may be purchased individually or as a portfolio.
