Hotel Assets Goup is announcing a call for offers for the Kingsland Portfolio in Kingsland, Georgia. The call for offers will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2016.

The Property is located off Interstate 95 at Exit 3 in Kingsland, Georgia. The Hotel is located approximately 40 miles south of Jekyll Island, Georgia and 25 miles north of Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach, Florida; the Jacksonville International Airport is 25 miles south of the Property. Popular area attractions include Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base; St. Marys Historic District, St. Marys Submarine Museum, Coastal Georgia Community College and Crooked River State Park. The famous Catfish Festival is held in Kingsland every September during Labor Day. Other local area attractions include Cumberland Island National Seashore, the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge, Brunswick and the Golden Isles of Georgia which include Jekyll Island and St. Simon Island.

The Property is a three-story, interior corridor hotel which was opened in July 2008 offering a lobby, reception and breakfast area, guest laundry facilities, an indoor heated pool, fitness center, and business center and hotel-wide WiFi Internet access. The Property offers 63 nonsmoking guestrooms with king and queen beds, work desk, sofa bed, flat panel television, WiFi, microwave, refrigerator, and partial room divider.
