hotel-ag-to-attend-fishing-for-solutionsh="210" height="211" />Hotel AG is proud to announce its involvement in this year's Fishing For Solutions conference hosted by Prism Hotels and Resorts. The conference is being held in beautiful Dallas, Texas at the Embassy Suites Outdoor World in Grapevine, Texas. Some of the sponsors include Hotel AG, Jones Lang LaSalle, HREC, and Tranzon to name a few. The topics of discussion are going to cover current market trends so that the assets managers and special servicers in attendance can hear firsthand from the people on the transactional front lines regarding what is trading, where it is trading, and what values the market is currently allowing.

The two day event takes place tonight, October 10, 2012 and continues through tomorrow, October 11, 2012. Hotel AG is excited about the incredible year we have had thus far, closing a hotel deal every 7 days for the last 18 months. Keith Thompson, principal, will be one of the panelists for tomorrow discussing the topic of working with brokers and auction houses. Hotel AG is a partner with Tranzon; the two represent a massive team of well qualified real estate professionals who understand what it takes to finish a transaction, regardless of the location, price, or parties involved.

Some of the other topics for discussion at the conference include CMBS Loan servicing and CRE loan changes. With the other panelists on the docket, the conference is shaping out to be a great time. Some forecasting will be done for specific segments of the market and we will jointly discuss how we all work together in what is shaping out to be one of the highest volume markets in our history.Rich Text AreaToolbarBold (Ctrl + B)Italic (Ctrl + I)Strikethrough (Alt + Shift + D)Unordered list (Alt + Shift + U)Ordered list (Alt + Shift + O)Blockquote (Alt + Shift + Q)Align Left (Alt + Shift + L)Align Center (Alt + Shift + C)Align Right (Alt + Shift + R)Insert/edit link (Alt + Shift + A)Unlink (Alt + Shift + S)Insert More Tag (Alt + Shift + T)Toggle spellchecker (Alt + Shift + N)?
