Agent of the Month: Rex Cagle

We recently sat down with Rex Cagle to ask him some questions about his brokerage business. Rex joined our team last October, bringing 8 years of hotel real estate experience with him. As an essential piece to our already strong Hotel AG team, Rex spends his time not only working with his existing clients, but also helping our internal team on market analysis, hotel valuation, and financial projections. Rex Cagle's past experiences have taken him into Bank REO, Multi Property Portfolios, and Single Hotel Assets, all of which included Select Service, Full Service, and Limited Service properties.
When asked about giving advice to those investors currently watching the hotel market, Rex purports, "Purchase now to take advantage of the existing buyers market in many geographic regions; as macro economic trends are improving,  so are OCC, ADR and future sales price gains."
One of Rex's key clients in the last year has been Wells Fargo, having worked on 3 deals for them.
