Hotel AG Brokers Sale of the Islander Resort Hotel In Daytona Beach
ATLANTA – July 5, 2011
– Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), announced today they closed the 144-room Islander Resort Hotel in Daytona Beach, Florida on behalf of Wells Fargo. The property sold to ASA Lodging, LLC for an undisclosed amount.
"This is one of many transactions Hotel AG has closed with Wells Fargo over the last seven months,'' stated Wendy Blissett, vice president and partner of the firm. "The buyer is a California-based company that plans to undergo a complete renovation of the hotel.''
The 10-story Islander Resort Hotel is an interior/exterior corridor hotel situated directly on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores on approximately 1.37 acres.
