Hotel AG And Tranzon Announce Alliance

ATLANTA – July 9, 2012 – Hotel Assets Group (Hotel AG), a national real estate brokerage firm specializing in select and full service hotel real estate, and Tranzon, LLC (Tranzon), a leading national real estate auction firm with member companies across the nation, have established a "Preferred Provider'' alliance for hotel auction and brokerage services.

Under this strategic national alliance, Tranzon will be the preferred provider of live, on-site, and sealed-bid auction services for Hotel AG clients having properties considered appropriate for sale through the auction methodology. Likewise, Hotel AG will provide brokerage services to Tranzon clients having hospitality properties for which conventional listing and brokerage may be a more appropriate sales method. "I cannot be any more excited about this new relationship,'' said H. Keith Thompson, Principal of Hotel AG. "We have a couple hundred hotel engagements throughout the country and in many instances sale by auction may be the very best way to achieve our clients’ objectives.'' David E. Warren, President of Tranzon, LLC, echoed Thompson’s comments, noting that Hotel AG, like Tranzon, is a client-driven organization. "We share many of the same values of client service in our respective businesses,'' Warren observed. "Together we will be able to provide seamless service for clients, directing them to the most appropriate approach to achieve their disposition goals.'' Contact: H.
