Hotel AG Announces Call for Offers on the DoubleTree in Greensboro

Hotel Assets Goup is announcing a call for offers for the DoubleTree in Greensboro, NC. The call for offers will be held in mid-October 2016.

The Property is situated just off Interstate 40, approximately four miles from downtown Greensboro and eleven miles from Piedmont Triad International Airport. The Hotel is located one-half mile from the Koury Convention Center, Four Seasons Mall, one mile from the Greensboro Coliseum and the Greensboro Aquatic Center and less than five miles from Antique Row, Carolina Theatre, the Children’s Museum, State Street shopping, and Guilford Battleground Park. Other attractions include the North Carolina Zoo, Wet N Wild Emerald Pointe, and Old Salem. Local businesses near the Hotel include Wrangler, Volvo, Tyco Electronics, Proctor & Gamble, Old Dominion Freight, Lincoln Financial Group, Honda Jet, Fed Ex, Duke Energy, Daimler, Bank of America, American Express, Aetna Healthcare, and AIG United Guaranty.

The Property offers 175 guestrooms with king, queen, and double beds. Guestroom amenities include nightstands, lamps, telephone, armoire with 32” flat screen TV, work desk with chair, upholstered chair, ottoman, individual thermostat, and standard bathroom amenities.
